At Sannzart, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


 

Returns & Exchanges

 

  • We do not offer returns or exchanges.

  • Returns/exchanges are accepted only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, subject to approval.

 

Unboxing Video Requirement

 

  • To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • A clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory

  • The video must start from showing the sealed package (360° view) and continue without cuts, edits, filters, or pauses

  • Claims without a valid unboxing video will be automatically rejected

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

  • Products damaged due to customer handling or misuse

  • Items without original packaging

  • Products reported after 2 days from delivery

 

Return Approval & Refunds

 

  • Once approved, the product must be returned in original condition with all packaging

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5 business days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
