Returns/exchanges are accepted only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, subject to approval.
Unboxing Video Requirement

To qualify for a return or exchange:

A clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory

The video must start from showing the sealed package (360° view) and continue without cuts, edits, filters, or pauses

Claims without a valid unboxing video will be automatically rejected
Non-Returnable Items

Products damaged due to customer handling or misuse

Items without original packaging

Products reported after 2 days from delivery
Return Approval & Refunds

Once approved, the product must be returned in original condition with all packaging

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5 business days

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
